Allocation policy

Before subscribing please ensure you have read and understood all the information below. Please note this offer is open to UK residents only.

You should be aware that you may not receive the full amount that you have applied for and the company may scale back (reduce) applications if the offer is oversubscribed. In some circumstances, the terms of the scale back will be dictated to Barclays Stockbrokers by the lead broker in the IPO or New Bond Issue and we will be required to apply these terms across all the applications we have received. In these circumstances, we will communicate the terms of the scale back to all applicants on a best endeavours basis. In other circumstances, the lead broker may allocate a total subscription amount to Barclays Stockbrokers and allow us to dictate the terms of the scale back. In these circumstances, we will endeavour to scale back all applicants on a pro-rata basis.

Please note this allocation policy is not exhaustive and Barclays Stockbrokers reserve the right to apply scale back terms out with those described in this allocation policy. If for any reason we need to do this we will make best endeavours to communicate the terms of the allocation to you via email and will publish this information online as soon as it is available.

You understand that any allocation made to you will be contractually binding.

We will endeavour to contact you via email at the address we hold on file to confirm the allocation policy. The communication will be deemed to be delivered to you upon us sending the email to the relevant Internet Service Provider whether or not the email arrives at your email address. You will also receive a Contract Note within three working days of confirmation of the allocation confirming the exact number of shares allocated to you. Please retain this for your records.
