CF Woodford Income Focus Fund launch
The offer period for the new CF Woodford Income Focus Fund is now open.
During the offer period, you can invest in the CF Woodford Income Focus Fund at £1.00 per unit. The investment will be held as cash by the fund manager until the end of the fund offer period when it will be invested into investment assets by the fund.
To invest at the offer price you must make your investment instruction with us before 10:00 on 12 April 2017.
The CF Woodford Income Focus Fund marks the latest addition to Woodford Investment Management’s fund portfolio, which includes the CF Woodford Equity Income Fund, an Open Ended Investment Company (an OEIC) first launched in March 2014, and the Woodford Patient Capital Trust (Investment Trust), launched in April 2015.

Open an investment account

What happens next?
- If you instruct an investment into the fund before 10:00 on 12 April your investment will be placed at £1.00 per units, and your instruction will settle in 4 working days as normal
- Any instruction received after 10:00 on 12 April will be placed for the next available calculated valuation price.
