Subscription price per new share: EUR 8.09 (Please note your instruction needs to be in multiples of 5)
Please note you will be debited in sterling using the prevailing exchange rate at the time.
The rights are not tradeable in the UK market therefore there will be no option on this rights issue for you to sell your rights.

Please ensure there are sufficient funds available by 17:00 on 16 February 2017. The amount due will be taken from your account within 10 business days of this date. Please be aware that if funds are not available, your CMS account will become overdrawn for a couple of days until, if applicable, your Direct Debit Instruction is cleared and debit interest may be charged.
We expect to receive the new shares on or around 24 February 2017. We will aim to update your account within 5 business days of receiving them.
Overseas residents should consult their professional advisers as to whether they require any governmental or other consents or need to observe any other formalities to enable them to participate in the offer.
