IF YOU WISH TO TAKE NO ACTION, OPTION 2, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.
The offer price shall be USD 465.00 in cash. In addition, the offer will allow for dividend payments in the aggregate amount of up to CHF 16.00. The ordinary dividend of up to CHF 11.00 per Syngenta share shall be payable before the settlement (ordinary dividend) and a special dividend of CHF 5.00 payable immediately prior to the settlement (special dividend). These distributions shall not constitute dilutive effects and will be paid separately. Consequently, the offer is equivalent to a value of CHF 480.00 per share (according to the FX rates per 1 February 2016)
