Ex Date: 28 July 2015
 
1 new share for every 34 shares held.
 
Subscription price per new share: GBP1.10 per share.
 
Holders can apply for new ordinary shares in excess of their pro rata entitlements with such elections only satisfied to the extent that other shareholders do not take up their full basic entitlements.
 
As you hold your shares with a nominee you may have your election scaled back by a greater or lesser percentage than you would if you held your shares in your own name.

Please ensure there are sufficient funds available by 5pm on 05 August 2015. The amount due will be taken from your account within 10 business days of this date. Please be aware that if funds are not available, your CMS account will become overdrawn for a couple of days until, if applicable, your Direct Debit Instruction is cleared and debit interest may be charged.
 
We expect to receive the new shares on or around 14 August 2015.  We will aim to update your account within 5 business days of receiving them.
 
Overseas residents should consult their professional advisers as to whether they require any governmental or other consents or need to observe any other formalities to enable them to participate in the offer.
 
By accepting the offer, you will be representing to us that local laws and regulatory requirements have been complied with, including the obtaining of any governmental, exchange control and other consents that may be required and the payment of any issue, transfer or other taxes or duties due in that jurisdiction.
