Tender offer to purchase a maximum of 100,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 13.22% of the shares in issue, at GBP 0.13 per share.

Holders on the register as at 18:00 on 3 October 2016 will have a basic entitlement to tender up to 13.22% of their holdings. Holders can also tender shares in excess of their basic entitlement with excess tenders satisfied only to the extent that other holders do not tender their full basic entitlements.

As you hold your shares with a nominee you may have your election scaled back by a greater or lesser percentage than you would if you held your shares in your own name.
