EVENT TERMS

Tender offer for up to 10% of the outstanding shares at a discount of 5% to Net Asset Value less costs

Shareholders can tender up to 10% of their shares (Basic Entitlement)

Tenders in excess of basic entitlements may be subject to scaling back as such tenders will only be satisfied to the extent that other holders tender less than their full basic entitlements.

As you hold your shares with a nominee you may have your election scaled back by a greater or lesser percentage than you would if you held your shares in your own name.
